Stagieres
We welcome applications to undertake work placements or internships at both St. JOHN and BREAD and WINE.
Shortly we will post more indepth details of how such placements work at our restaurants, but in the meantime if you are interested in spending some time with our chefs at either Smithfield or Spitalfields (we are unable to offer such positions at our new bakery for the time being) then please email the relevant restaurant you're interested in from the list below. Generally speaking we accept individuals who have some professional experience and can commit to at least a week's placement.

Please be patient, our head chefs do not check their emails every day and there is invariably something of a waiting list but they will respond to your request.
